Camper in Leadership Training – SOLD OUT
Applications No Longer Being Accepted!
Camp James offers a wonderful CILT program for high school students (14 – 17 year olds including incoming high school students). The program is designed to give teens the opportunity to build leadership skills and introduce work skills that will help with future employment. Some schools will even accept their volunteer hours as community service hours, which many high schools now require (check with your school for verification).
In order to be eligible to become a CILT, you must attend at least 3 weeks of camp (5 full days per week). The weeks do not need to be consecutive. The hours of the program for any given week are 9 am – 4 pm (early and late extended hours are available, if needed). Participation in mandatory team training is on June 7th (evening hours), June 8th, June 9th.
Participants must be in high school and or an incoming freshman. Documentation will be required. There is no tuition for the CILT program, but there is a $90 registration fee, which includes two CILT shirts.
You will be expected to swim everyday as well as actively participant in all of our activities (see the list of camper activities on our website).
Still interested? You will need to fill out the on line application and attend a Group Interview. Space is limited, so apply early!
Get ready for an unforgettable summer at Camp James!
